Christmas in less than two months. Time to buy stuff. I used to like buying gifts but lately my joy in gift giving has gone down since I had a bad streak last year and I don't think many people liked the gifts I gave them. Oh well, they're family, so they're stuck with me. Anyway, I am about halfway finished after going mall tripping this weekend. At least my 2 nieces are easy to please.

For people like me, you can always try this site I found: Gift élan

This site seems helpful in choosing gifts. A couple of points of gift giving etiquette and a few surveys where people listed what they liked to get. Even a few people posting their best and worst gifts.

Speaking of which, it might be nice to know what people thought was their best and worse gifts.

I enjoy gift giving for the people I am very close to but find it frustrating to come up with something for the ones you see a couple of times a year. Thanks for the info. I will check out Gift elan.

I couldn't say what my best and worst gifts were. Though ones that stick out on both sides were both homemade. Best:A doll house made by my Mom & Dad when I was little and we had nothing.
Worst:A scary doll my Grandma made with a picture of me as the face...nightmare material! Just creepy! I know she made it with love and thinks it is beautiful because she thinks I am (poor dillusional granny ).
