I checked out your swears, and would have to agree to the pure uselessness of the list, simply because I will probably never meet anyone around here who speaks more than just french, english, and ojibway... haven't yet, anyway.

Your letter 'e' link reminds me that my father lost the function of his letter 'p'. He never realized how essential it was even though it's not top at the list of most regularly used letters.

television without pity is how I found out about JoeUser... sort of. I read it mostly for the Young Americans series a couple of summers ago. It petered out pretty fast.

I never realized how many links one could save... Do you organize your links in any specific way?

i have a few folders. i also have a 'temp" folder i dump any new ones in to keep the main list from getting huge. anything about my job search i put on the main so i can it quickly. i have a "links" folder that shows up as a bar on my browser. they are most of what i look at on the internet: google search with the settings i want, google groups, google images, web email login site, a couple forums (joeuser among them).

otherwise it's just easier for me to find a site by going to google and putting in the title. that way you don't go to a squatter site that has the same name but one letter off in case you mistype. my browser also lets me make my own names for sites. so i type in "n" and i get sent to nationstates.net. it's easier since i don't have to deal with my arcane filing system (does this funny movie site go into my "funny" or "movies" folder?).

i also made my own homepage that has a bunch of links. most lead to sites i don't go to (more spring cleaning needed) but i am gradually phasing it out.
